From 1946-57, Government House was used as a federal centre for the convalescence and rehabilitation of disabled war veterans.

Provincial emblems are important symbols for our province and people.  From the provincial coat of arms to the provincial bird, emblems reflect our values, as well as the beauty and tradition we see in our lives, community and the natural world around us.

The Francophone Affairs Branch (FAB) serves as a liaison between the provincial government and the province's French-speaking population.

The Francophone Affairs Branch (FAB) provides a translation service in French and English for provincial government ministries and agencies.

A comprehensive program to recognize achievement, excellence, and contributions to the public good in the province.

The collection includes portraits painted by nationally and internationally renowned artists and consists of approximately 200 pieces.

For governments, nations and provinces, protocol is a system of conventions, procedures and symbols which express their identity and facilitate relationships between them.
