There have been 193 appointments to the Saskatchewan Order of Merit since its inception in 1985. Francophone Affairs  The Fransaskois flag now floats on the grounds of Regina’s Wascana Park as of October 2012. The Francophone Affairs Branch (FAB) serves as a liaison between the provincial government and the province's French-speaking population. We provide support to all provincial government ministries and agencies that are looking to offer and improve French-language services. We are also responsible for guiding and monitoring the implementation of the Government of Saskatchewan French-language Services Policy
