Robin Bellamy
Business owner and Saskatoon School Board trustee Robin Bellamy has worked hard to improve the lives of those less fortunate. Through work with several community agencies he has reached out to help people of all ages but his most enduring commitment remains to the children in his community. Beth Ell
Beth Ell grew up in Kelvington and began volunteering at a young age. She has enhanced the quality of life of many people through her endeavours. She spends countless hours fundraising for and running many programs, events and parties for underprivileged and sick children in Regina, where she now lives. Her dedication and obvious conviction in the causes she supports always attracts new members. She has served her community in the following ways:

John Ford
Retired farmer John Ford is a dedicated support of all things "community." He has been described as the "go to" guy for the small town of Gray. If there is an event being planned or a project that needs doing, he will be at the centre of it. He has spent a lifetime caring for both the town rink and the school, making sure they remain attractive, safe, and accessible for everyone. His involvement cultivates young volunteers and community participants to ensure the vitality of the rink and the town. His contributions include:
- Member of the Royal Canadian Army, Electric Mechanical Engineers, 4th Division, Transport Reinforcement, serving overseas from 1943-1945
- Volunteer, ice maker at Gray Community Rink since 1936
- Volunteer, rink operations, concession operator, facility management and fundraising
- Volunteer, maintaining school and church yard; mowing watering, weeding, tree planting and ball diamond repairs
- Constructing wooden sidewalks on the school yard
- Volunteer, fundraising dinners and breakfasts

Ajay Krishan, Q.C. (1960-2009)
Prince Albert Lawyer, Ajay Krishan, has given his time and energy freely for the betterment of his community. He has helped bring major events to his community including the Saskatchewan and Western Canada Games, and he has played a vital role in the development of new sporting facilities, helping to improve the quality of life for youth and sports. His contributions include:
- Fundraising Chairman for the Prince Albert Field House/Soccer Centre that raised over $5.4 million towards the Centre which will open in the fall of 2009

Camille I. Ross-Bell
Camille Ross-Bell has had tremendous impact as a Francophone community leader in Gravelbourg and many other areas. She promotes French-Canadian heritage and culture through participation in French cultural folklore dance. Her dedication to her dance troupe has led them to performances at many other festivals and events throughout Saskatchewan, Quebec and abroad. A founding member of the first Francophone school in the province, she has been a key figure, fundraising and championing for Francophone schools and education in Saskatchewan. Her contributions include:

- Founding Member of the first Francophone School

Ken Sagal
Ken Sagal from Regina has demonstrated outstanding commitment to cultural growth in Saskatchewan. This commitment was fundamental to the successful restructuring of the Saskatchewan Council of Cultural Organizations into SaskCulture. He has since helped build a partnership between SaskCulture and the Saskatchewan Arts Board. From supporting cultural development at the local level to participation on many provincial boards, his leadership ensures that everyone in Saskatchewan has the opportunity to actively celebrate their culture and heritage. He has served his community and province in the following ways:

Maurice Taylor
Maurice Taylor's leadership and volunteerism has reached every level of public service and has encompassed health, education community building, art and music. Tisdale Mayor and Councillor for over two decades, he was instrumental in the development of the RECplex, which houses the school, library, health district offices, curling and hockey rinks, a target range, preschool and auditorium. He is responsible for the musical ministry at St. Paul's United Church and has been the accompanist for many community events, festivals and theatre shows. He has assisted several fundraising endeavours for local musicians and supports the visual arts by organizing workshops for visiting artists and the spring art show. His contributions include:

Courtney Vaudner
Courtney Vaudner from Melville has made immeasurable contributions to his school, community and profession. He has coached many sports teams, and supports local theatre by directing an annual dinner theatre production for over 30 years. His contributions to his community and province include:
